During the complete refurbishment 30 rooms were lost to create larger rooms. The hotel now has 110 rooms. The rooms are of the highest quality and deluxe standard. All are brand new and in superb condition, as are the bathrooms. All are decorated in a modern style, but with some traditional touches.

The hotel has two restaurants. There is a formal restaurant and a more relaxed brasserie.

General
The hotel underwent a complete transformation that finished in June 2000. It is now an excellent upper four star deluxe hotel in the centre of the city.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city on George Square. Queen's Street mainline station is adjacent to the hotel. An excellent central location.

Rooms
All the rooms are furnished to the highest standard. The furnishings are luxurious and the decor is quite traditional, but with all the technological innovations expected of a brand new deluxe hotel. The bathrooms are also all in excellent condition.

Restaurant
The restaurant is located on the seventh floor of the building, overlooking George Square. It is very tastefully decorated and serves a modern menu.

General
An excellent, discreet property situated in downtown Glasgow. This property offers fantastic value for money and is one of the best hotels in the city! All guests get to use the stunning executive lounge throughout their stay!

Situated on Finneston Quay alongside the Clyde and next to the SECC. Easily reachable from junction 19 off the M8.

The rooms all have a contemporary design and are of a high standard. Each room is fitted with individually controlled air conditioning, voice mail, modem links, ISDN lines,executive work desk, interactive TV with satellite channels, hairdryer, trouser press and power shower, in addition to the hospitality tray and sound proofing.

Restaurant
The restaurant, bar and terrace is relaxed with a contemporary design. Both a la carte and fixed price menus are available.

The hotel opened in 2000 and offers good value accommodation and affordable luxury in a good location on the riverfront.

Located directly off J19 of the M8, the Marriott Hotel Glasgow is ideally situated at a few minutes walk from the city centre. The Glasgow Museum and Art Gallery, Loch Lomond, Glengoyne Distillery and shopping centre are very close to the hotel.
